BY REGISTERING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADULT REGISTRATION).
In consideration of Hillsong agreeing to enrol my child into Kidsong, I confirm the following:
1. ADULT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
My child’s registration is dependent on a valid adult registration or full-time volunteer registration for Hillsong Conference 2026.
If my adult registration is cancelled, my child’s Kidsong registration will also be cancelled.
If I am attending as a volunteer, my registration must be full-time (covering day and evening sessions on all days) in order for my child’s Kidsong registration to be valid.
2. SUPERVISION & VENUE LOCATION
Hillsong will supervise my child only during designated Kidsong sessions, from the point of supervised drop-off until collection at the designated pick-up point.
I am responsible for my child’s safety before drop-off and after collection, and for all transport arrangements to and from the Kidsong venue.
If Kidsong is held at an offsite venue near the main conference, I understand that Hillsong will not provide transport, and I agree to drop off and collect my child from the venue as directed. Parents will be notified in advance if Kidsong is held offsite, with full details of location, timing, and drop-off/collection procedures.
Hillsong may, but is not obliged to, release my child only to me, another parent or guardian, or a pre-approved adult listed in the registration form.
3. MEDICAL AUTHORISATION
I authorise Hillsong staff or registered volunteers to obtain medical care for my child and/or arrange transport to a medical facility if required.
I authorise any medical provider to carry out emergency care as needed.
I agree to pay all costs not covered by the NHS or any insurance available to me.
4. RELEASE & INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, indemnify, and hold Hillsong harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or connected to my child’s participation in Kidsong.
5. CHILD’S ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE
I confirm that my child is physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate in Kidsong activities and follow the rules and instructions given. I accept responsibility for ensuring my child is prepared and able to participate.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
I give permission for my child to be included in group photography and filming during Kidsong and Hillsong Conference, and I release all associated rights in such material to Hillsong Church London. I understand this may be used for promotional or commercial purposes.
Images in which a child is clearly and individually identifiable will not be used without additional written parental consent.
7. REFUND POLICY
Refunds for Kidsong registration are available until 20 September 2026, with no administration fee.
After this date, refunds are only available in the event of a visa being declined or at the full discretion of the Conference Manager. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
8. APPLICABLE TERMS
To the extent applicable, the full T&Cs for Adult registration also apply to Kidsong registration.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of England. If any part is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

BY REGISTERING ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING WHERE APPLICABLE, THE ADULT REGISTRATION T&Cs).
1. SUPERVISION & TRANSPORT:
You are responsible for the Youth’s transport to and from the venue and their whereabouts before arrival and after collection from Hillsong supervision. During designated Encounter sessions and supervised transport, Hillsong assumes responsibility for the Youth’s safety and supervision. Youth will not be allowed to leave during or after sessions without a parent, guardian, or authorised adult unless you explicitly consent (see Clause 1B).
As part of the programme, the Youth may be transported by coach or other means to an offsite venue under Hillsong supervision. You consent to this transport or may choose to drop off and collect directly at the offsite venue. Hillsong assumes responsibility for the Youth from supervised drop-off until collection. Details will be provided in advance.
1B. UNACCOMPANIED CHECKOUT CONSENT:
Youth will not be permitted to leave the conference venue unaccompanied or without a responsible adult unless explicit parental consent is provided via the official registration/parental consent form. Verbal, text, or other informal permissions will not be accepted. If such consent is given, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the Youth’s safety and whereabouts once they leave Hillsong supervision.
1C. TRANSITION TO MAIN CONFERENCE SESSIONS:
At the conclusion of the dedicated Encounter Conference sessions, Youth attendees may have the option to attend the main conference sessions independently. During this time, Youth will no longer be under Hillsong supervision and are expected to take responsibility for their own safety and conduct. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their whereabouts and welfare once Hillsong supervision ends.
Where Youth have access to reserved seating in the main conference, this does not imply continued supervision by Hillsong.
2. MEDICAL AUTHORISATION:
You authorise Hillsong staff or volunteers to arrange medical treatment or transport for the Youth if necessary and agree to cover costs not covered by insurance or NHS.
3. LIABILITY RELEASE:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify Hillsong from all claims related to the Youth’s attendance and participation.
4. RESPONSIBILITY:
You confirm the Youth is physically and mentally able to participate and will follow rules and instructions.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT:
You consent to group photography and filming of the Youth for promotional use. No identifiable images of Youth under 16 will be used without additional written parental consent.
6. REFUNDS:
Refunds are available up to 20 September 2026 with no admin fee. After this date, refunds only apply for visa refusals or at the Conference Manager’s discretion. All refund requests must be emailed to [email protected].
7. APPLICABLE TERMS:
To the extent applicable, the full T&Cs for Adult registration also apply to Encounter registration.
8. PRIVACY:
Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy at hillsong.com/privacy. By registering, you consent to the processing of the Youth’s data.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement is governed by English law. If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
